Parents at old age

Parents are the second form of God on earth. God cannot be on multiple places at the same so He created parents as His second image just only for the sake of little innocent children on earth. To guide them the right way, to teach lessons of life, to show them the real image of the world. Parents have taught us every aspect of life. They are our very first teacher then when they need the same guidance, the same love, the same care & affection at their old age then why didn't we understand this, why we just simply say them that you don't know anything, you do not know what is good or bad for us, why you can't just sit up silently in your room and don't interfere in our matters. Do anyone think about them even once that how they feel when heard all this about them from the children for those they spend their whole life in their care and expend all their income on their studies?? My today's story is based on this bitter but true fact so just have a look at it once.

An old man of age 80-year was sitting in his house on the sofa with his highly educated son of age 45-years. Suddenly a crow perched on their window. The father asked his son, "What is this?". The son replied, "It's a crow". After a few minutes, the father asked his son 2nd time, "What is this?". The son said, "Father, I've just now told you it's a crow." After a little while, the old Father again asked his son the 3rd time, "What is this?". Now the son got a little irritated and said in a harsh tone "Dad I already told you that its a crow, a crow". A little later the father again asked his son the same question, now the 4th time, and this time the Son shouted at him and said that why did he keep asking the same question again and again although he already told him that it's a crow.

A little later the father went to his room and came back with an old tattered diary, which he has maintained since his son was born. He opened a page from his diary and asked his son to read that page. When the son read that page of his father's diary the following words were written in the diary: "My little son aged 3 was sitting with me when a crow was sitting on the window. My little son asked me 23 times that what it was sitting on the window and I replied to him to all 23 times that it was a crow. I hugged him very lovingly each time when he asked the same question repeatedly for all 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated when my little child asked the same thing again and again and again I rather felt affection for my innocent child".

That time the father had felt no irritation in replying to his son's same question repeatedly and now when today the father asked his son the same question for just 4 times, the son got irritated and annoyed. So, the thing is that which this story aims to emphasize is when your parents attain this stage of life i.e the old age, you should not repulse them or treat them like a burden instead speak to them graciously and be calm, cool, and obedient to them. Be considered to your parents. For today say this aloud "I want to see my parents happy forever and will serve my old parents in the best way possible".
