Hello friends, Strong immunity makes us strong internally, helps our body to fight with different viruses, fever, and other diseases on its won without taking any medication to cure them. Our strong immune system fights on its own from different problems that may affect our health either directly or indirectly. It is very important to have a strong immune system. If someone is having a weaker immune system then he faces a lot of health problems very promptly as compared to other people having a stronger immune system. So if you want to stay healthy and fit, you should have a strong immune system and if you do not have one then you should make it strong by avoiding these daily habits of yours that can make the immune system weak.



#1) Over Exercising

Exercise is very much needed for our body. Exercising daily keeps you fit and your bones stronger but if anything gets over than usual then it may adversely affect your immune system. It is good to exercise daily for a fixed period like 1 hour and max 2 hours but if you keep continuing your workout over this time and even when your body gets tired then it may affect your body and your immune system in a reversed way. You should do your daily exercise for a limited time not get over-exercised. Regular and maintained exercise keeps you fit and healthy for a long time and also boosts your immunity.

#2) Overeat Sugar

Everyone likes sweets, chocolates, icecreams, and other heart-melting eating products than contain a lot of sugar. But overeating sugar can harm our immune system and make our body more prone to diseases. Sugar is one of the major things that adversely affect the immune system and also enhances body fat. Sugar can be used in a controlled way so that it can maintain both your taste and your health also. You can use it in your morning tea and coffee but try to avoid drinking tea in the evening because it is not good for the health and also not recommended by the health experts. So by controlling your sugar level you can give growth to your immune system.

#3) Smoking

Smoking is already not good for health. It shrinks our lungs and also badly affects the immune system. If someone is a chain smoker then his immune system is also in a very bad condition along with other body organs. One should not do it if someone really cares about the health other than their habits. It weakens the immune system and then the immune system is unable to fight with any virus attack and bacterial attack on the body.

#4 Alcohol Consumption

Like smoking habit consumption of alcohol is also not healthy for the body. Studies show that unnecessary utilization of liquor really debilitates a portion of the neutralizer cells expected to decimate infection tainted cells. Those who consumed alcohol regularly are more vulnerable to diseases like pneumonia and tuberculosis because liquor debilitates the movement of resistant cells in the blood.
