#1) Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can help you a lot in summer's sweating problem. Let's see how this can be beneficial in the sweating problems of summer. Firstly wash your hands and feet and any other area of your skin that you think sweat much, that is more than normal sweat, with lukewarm water and wipe well. Now, after washing the sweating area with lukewarm water, apply apple cider vinegar on that area with the help of cotton and leave it overnight. Continue this process every summer night and you can see the difference in your next summer day.

#2) Lemon juice

Lemon juice is another and best-suited alternative to your sweating problem. You just have to add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the lemon juice and mix well until thickened. Now, apply this paste evenly on the parts of the body where you sweat more than normal and simply wash this with normal water after 10 minutes. You can carry this paste anywhere into a small bottle and can use this when you feel you are sweating more. You can easily do this daily and also timely in summers.

#3) Tomato Slice

Tomato helps a lot in cooking and in skin related problems too. You can use this in your summer's sweating problem and for this, you just have to cut tomato 1-2 tomato slices and rub it on the much sweating areas of your body. After rubbing, you can wash the area on which you have rubbed it with lukewarm water after 10-15 minutes. Apart from this, you can also drink tomato juice once in a week to get normalize your much sweating problem in summers.

#4) Arrowroot  powder

Arrowroot (Arbi) is also helpful in summer sweating issues. You can use this in your sweating problems also as it is a vegetable also. To use it in your summer sweating problem, you can mix an equal amount of arrowroot and baking soda and put it in a vial. Now, apply this powder on the much-sweated area of your body everyday in summer, and this can help you with your sweating problem.
