Things avoided after eating food

Hey friends, we all generally feel sleepy after having a meal, may it be in night or day but we feel like all the important work or activities should be done later, we first sleep or have a little nap after eating food right?. Most people think and want the same after having their meal. But friends, we shouldn't sleep just after having food and I will explain the reason behind it along with many other activities that we should avoid after eating food.


#1) Don't sleep immediately after eating food

As I told above that many people feel sleepy and tired after having food. Sometimes tiredness increases so much that one feels like sleeping as soon as the bed is visible. But if you also have this habit and think so that you have to stop it right now because when we had food then it takes some time to digest and in such a situation one should not try to sleep, instead make a habit to walk for few minutes and help your body to make the digestion process fast because through walking your food digest with a fast flow than normal and also it gave some time to body for the digestion of food.

#2) Don't smoke cigarettes

Smoking is injurious to health. It kills us internally, one should avoid it and never have such a habit that is dangerous to our million crores health. But if someone still habitual of it then he should strictly avoid it just after eating the food. Experts say that smoking can be 10 times more dangerous than normal if it should be done immediately after eating food. If one is habitual to smoke after having a meal then it should be strictly avoided as it also increases the risk of cancer significantly.

#3) Don't go to take bath immediately

One should avoid taking bath right after eating the food because, during bathing, hands and feet are in the active state due to which the blood circulation of these organs also increases greatly, and increased blood circulation in these organs affects the blood flow in the stomach and affects digestion badly. So it is recommended even by experts to avoid bathing immediately after having a meal.

#4) Don't eat fruits right after having food

Eating fruits is very beneficial to our health but not all the time. We should know, when and what to eat to support our health and body process and make our body work efficiently and effectively. If you eat fruits with food, then the fruits stick in the stomach and do not reach the intestines properly and in such a situation, the nutrition received from them remains incomplete. Based on this, it is recommended to eat fruits after at least one hour of eating the food. It is best to eat fruit on an empty stomach in the morning.

#5) Don't drink tea immediately after eating the food

It is recommended and suggested by experts, not to drink tea right after eating the food. Tea leaves have high acidification. This affects the digestion of proteins and not digest easily. In such a situation, one should avoid tea immediately after having food. Instead of it, one should try to drink it only after one to two hours of eating.
